To listen to these streams you'll need an MP3 player such as
- Windows:
- Winamp (Version 2.95 of Winamp, before AOL, can be found here)
- Mac:
- Linux:
If one of these programs is already loaded on your machine, it should be ready to listen to the stream(s).
Just click on the preferred "Listen" link on the page. That will open your player and begin to play the stream. Remember that some sound cards can't handle having more then one program using it at a time. So if you are having trouble listening to the stream you should turn the sound off on AIM, ICQ or Yahoo Messenger. Some sound cards can provide sound services to more than one program at a time. In that case you can set Winamp (only) to "Allow multiple instances". Then you can listen to more than one stream at a time. However, please take note: Each stream consumes 16 to 24kbps. of bandwidth so two is about the practical limit for those without a high speed connection.
