  • CP Channel 4 (161.115) - Belleville Sub (MP 195 - MP 211), MacTier Sub, North Toronto Sub

  • CP Channel 5 (161.325) - Hamilton Sub

  • CP Channel 82 (160.815) - Hamilton Sub, RTC

  • CN Channel 1 (161.415) - CN Road

On a good night, reception can become downright phenominal, especially during the summer time. For this reason, other channels are included in the scan list, as seen below:

  • CSX's Buffalo Terminal (160.800 - Road & 160.950 - Dispatcher), Lakeshore (160.860 - Road & 161.340 - Dispatcher), and St. Lawrence (161.070 - Road & 160.650 - Dispatcher) Subdivisions

  • CSX's Frontier Yard (160.245 - Primary, 160.650 - Hump, & 161.370 - Hump)

  • Norfolk Southern's Southern Tier (161.070), Youngstown (161.250), & Buffalo (161.070) Lines

  • Trains and defect detectors on virtually any Subdivision on CN or CP around the Lake Ontario area

  • Western New York & Pennsylvania Operations (160.620)

  • Buffalo & Pittsburgh Operations (160.230 - Road & 160.530 - Yard)

 

NS 13T heads East through MP SR 390 in Attica, NY on NS' Southern Tier Line.

**Note: Weather conditions play a VERY big role in what detectors can be heard. On a good day, many can be heard, while on a bad day, you won't hear any. Canadian detectors are typically a lot more likely to be heard than detectors on the US side (due to the stream host's location), but again, this all depends on the conditions.
